January Re-revisited

That's right! I didn't load all the January pictures, just too many for one sitting. So here are the rest, including my snow day pics at the house. Enjoy the rest of my January birds.

The Titmouse is a regular now at the office conference room window, trying to pick a fight with that image in the window.

The Titmouse and Chickadees provided much entertainment at the feeders just off my porch, testing my camera's ability to freeze the action.

Uh huh, that is the Black-crested Titmouse, Texas race.

Carolina Chickadee, grabbin' a sunflower seed.

This was an icy day, and all the birds were really puffed up.

Back at the office deck, the House Finches are abundant, and enjoying my daily feedings.

 Chickadee in-coming!

The Cardinals and Chickadees were trading positions at the ceramic feeder just off the porch.

A rare sight in my yard, Cardinal on sleet-covered ground.

The White-winged Dove were not parting to allow the Cardinal a place at the platform.

The female Cardinal looks cold, we all were!

The Cardinal is joined by the White-crowned Sparrow, one of our winter regulars.

 Interesting 'do' we're exhibiting here!

Female Cardinal coming in for a landing.

Looks like everybody is bailin' out!

Not sure if he's going to defer to the lady!

 Whose turn?

Female Cardinal and a Chipping Sparrow.

Cardinal and Titmouse playing 'ring-around-the-feeder'!
